In-Person Sessions
I prefer cash or check. I also accept debit, credit, HSA and FSA through a HIPAA Secure payment platform called Ivy Pay.

Out of Network Billing
While I am not a preferred provider with any insurance, I am happy to provide a detailed receipt so you may seek possible reimbursement directly from your insurer.
Why I Chose Not to be a Preferred Provider​​
You are the only one who should be in charge of your mental health care. I believe that insurance should not have the right to tell you who you can see, what type of therapy you do, how often your sessions can be, the amount of time for your appointment, the number of sessions in which you should be "fixed" nor impinge on the privacy of what you discuss. Neither should you have to worry about receiving a surprise bill from your insurer clawing back a payment.
